Tools Hub

The Tools page (/tools) is a central launcher for the reusable building-block features: Frameworks, Benchmarks, and Templates. Each card shows a count of items in your workspace and links through to the dedicated feature area.

Frameworks

Item frameworks define the measurement structure for your EX programme — mapping dimensions like "Belonging" or "Growth" to specific survey items. Go to /item-frameworks to create or manage frameworks.

Benchmarks

Benchmark sets are reference datasets used to compare your survey results against industry norms or custom standards. Go to /benchmark-sets to view or create benchmark sets.

Templates

Survey templates are reusable question sets with their framework lineage attached — one per framework in the catalogue (PERMA, the JD-R model, LMX and the rest), plus broader starting points such as a pulse or an exit survey. Browse them here, then apply one when you create a questionnaire.

Tips

• Use the Tools Hub as a starting point before building a new questionnaire or survey — check whether a suitable framework or template already exists.
• All three tool types are shared across your workspace; updates made by any team member are visible to everyone.
