Roadmaps
Roadmaps translate survey findings and analysis insights into a phased improvement plan for the organisation. Each roadmap contains a set of recommended actions organised by priority and timeframe.
Client Roadmaps
Navigate to a client record and open the Roadmaps tab to see all roadmaps for that client. Each roadmap is associated with a specific listening strategy or survey.
To create a new roadmap, click New Roadmap and link it to a data source (a completed survey or analysis).
Roadmap Structure
A roadmap is organised into phases:
| Phase | Timeframe | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Immediate | 0–30 days | Quick wins and urgent issues |
| Short-term | 1–3 months | Foundation improvements |
| Medium-term | 3–6 months | Systemic changes |
| Long-term | 6–12 months | Cultural and structural shifts |
Within each phase, action items are grouped by dimension (e.g., Leadership, Wellbeing).
Tracking Progress
Mark individual actions as complete by clicking the checkbox. The roadmap progress bar updates automatically. Share progress with stakeholders by exporting the roadmap as a PDF or using the portal link.
Global Roadmaps View
The Roadmaps tab under Plan shows the chosen client's roadmaps, sorted by most recently updated. For a consultancy, a line under the heading reads "Showing [client] only"; choose Show all clients beside it to see every client's roadmaps and monitor progress without opening each record.
