AskEX: this file, and the research library

AskEX has two named modes.

This file answers questions about a survey or an imported analysis you already have. The server loads that file — it does not trust a client-posted analysis. The same anonymity gates as the dashboard apply: groups below the threshold, suppressed cells, and raw comments never go to the model. Answers cite numbered items and quotes already in the file.

Research is the EX article library (Gallup, CIPD, McKinsey and others), with numbered citations to those sources. It is a second mode, not a substitute for the dashboard.

Accessing AskEX

Open AskEX from the Ask item in the main navigation, or the right-hand panel (⌘.). Part of the Professional plan, and the Practice and Enterprise plans above it.

This file

Pick a survey or analysis, then ask what the file can actually answer — least-favourable items, themes in the in-file quotes, dimension gaps. If a cut is not in the digest, AskEX says so rather than inventing it.

Research

Grounding a recommendation or a briefing in published evidence. If the research backend is not configured, AskEX says so and This file still works.

What it is not

It is not a dump of every raw comment. It is not Qualtrics conversational analytics. It does not replace Analysis, Reports, or Presentations.
