Notifications
The Notifications page shows a chronological list of all platform events relevant to you. Use it to catch up on activity without checking every feature individually.
Accessing Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar to see a preview of recent notifications. Click View all or navigate to /notifications for the full list.
The bell icon shows a badge count of unread notifications. The Notifications page header displays the total count and how many are unread.
What Triggers a Notification
The bell shows notices the workspace writes. That includes:
- A survey is created, launched, or closed
- An analysis finishes
- A questionnaire is submitted, sent for review, approved, returned, or reopened
- A client approves or rejects a sign-off, asks a question, replies, or uploads a document
- A presentation is ready for review
A paused survey, a new survey response, an action being assigned, and a roadmap milestone do not add a notice here.
Managing Notifications
- Mark as read — the notice stays unread if the save does not succeed. Opening a notice that is already read leaves the unread count as it is.
- Mark all as read — the same rule applies to the whole list
Notification Preferences
Settings > Notifications does not filter this list. The email choice there lists unread notices from the last day and is sent at most once a week. Teams messages are a separate set of switches, and each stays off until you turn it on.
