Reporting Hub

The Reporting section (/reporting) is the central hub for everything that leaves the workspace. From here you can access dashboards, written reports, and presentations. Plotlines is experimental, not a fourth deliverable.

Dashboards

Dashboards are interactive, widget-based views built from survey analysis data. Stakeholders can explore results themselves without needing full platform access.

To manage dashboards, click Reporting > Dashboards or go to /reporting/dashboards. Click New Dashboard to create a dashboard directly from the list, then link it to a survey. Each dashboard card shows the client, survey, and any active share links.

Reports

Reports are structured written documents generated from analysis data. Go to Reporting > Reports to see all reports. Each report card shows the linked data source (analysis or survey) and how many sections the report contains.

Click New Report to create a report and link it to an analysis or survey. Open any report card to edit its sections in the report editor.

Presentations

The Presentations link in the Reporting hub takes you to /reporting/presentations — the same destination as the Presentations item in the main navigation. From here you can create and manage AI-generated slide decks (PPTX or PDF) linked to survey or analysis data.

Plotlines (experimental)

The Plotlines link leads to /reporting/plotline. This is an experimental area for staff, for optional narrative frames. It is not a deliverable until a real deck is beautiful. Presentations remain the pack to send.

Sharing Externally

Dashboards, reports, and presentations each support public share links that allow stakeholders to view results without a platform account. The public URLs follow this pattern:

ResourcePublic URL
Dashboard/shared/[token]
Report/reports/share/[token]
Presentation/share/[shareToken]

Share links are token-based and validated on each visit: the link is only active while it is enabled and has not passed its expiry date. To revoke access, disable or delete the share link from within the dashboard, report, or presentation detail view — anyone holding the link will immediately lose access. Any demographic filters configured on the share are applied to the data the recipient sees, so you can expose a scoped view without sharing the full dataset.

Edit Report Content

In block editing, work through the report content and adjust the blocks that need attention. Use the editing controls to save changes. Return to the report view and review the finished document before sharing it.
